The works involved the installation of new Toucan Crossing across N81 Tallaght Bypass. Works included extensive traffic management for road crossings on a road with an AADT OF >30,000.
- Design, Implement & Maintain Extensive traffic & pedestrian management
- Excavate & dispose material off site
- Removal of existing trees & hedgerows
- Excavation around existing utilities
- Installation of new traffic signal ducting in footpath and roadway incl for reinstate to TII specifications
- Installation of new traffic signals & all associated chambers
- !nstallation of new surface water lines & connection to existing services
- Installation of insitu concrete kerbing
- Placement of concrete footpath
- Installation of pedestrian guardrails
- Erection of road signage
- Complete re-surfacing of Avonmore Junction
- Completion of road markings
- Completion of soft landscaping incl installation of hedgerows
