Lucan Public Realm

Lucan Public Realm Scheme will include the construction of mixed use, bespoke and feature paved areas for pedestrian use along with intricate soft landscaping to aesthetically complement the newly paved and upgraded surroundings in multiple areas around Lucan Village including the Demesne Entrance, The Promenade and the Village Green.

These areas will feature custom designed street furniture, public open spaces and feature lighting to establish a more pedestrianised and natural atmosphere to the Village.

Works in the Village Green will also include the installation of underground ESB ducting to facilitate the removal of existing overhead ESB lines creating a cleaner skyline within the area. Bespoke recessed amphitheatres will also be constructed within the Village Green generating tranquil communal areas for patrons to meet and enjoy the ambiance of the area.
