The works included the complete refurbishment and fit out of an existing public house, Silver Tassie, into a specialist wine store and café to Whelehan’s Wines, Loughlinstown, Co. Dublin. Works were carried out in a phased basis

• Initial strip-out/demolition works
• Floor/Subfloor excavation including for extensive temporary support work including underpinning to existing walls and columns
• Installation of new foundations for both new and existing internal walls
• Structural steel erection
• Reinstatement of new insulated concrete sub-floor throughout
• Complete new plumbing system
• New electrical installation including fire detection, emergency lighting & CCTV
• Mechanical ventilation system
• Construction of polished concrete flooring
• Internal & external wall & ceiling finishes
• Manufacture & installation of retail display units, counter displays & bar units
• External drainage works
• External hard & soft landscaping
