The works consisted primarily of initial site works along with the construction of a car park and all associated ancillary works such as footpaths and bollards.. Works included the extensive car parking, landscaping and all associated site works and installation of external cladding to existing prefabs.

• Bulk excavations of 8,000m3 and disposal of all material off site
• Break down of piles
• Install surface water drainage
• Site services (new and diverting existing services)
• Install concrete footpaths
• 2,000m² of car parking, consisting of 1000m² of permeable concrete block paving and 1000m² of tarmac
• Install Petrol interceptors
• Install street lighting & associated ducting
• Install various types of street furniture
• Install pedestrian crossings
• Install road marking
• Install external cladding to pre-fabricated buildings
• Extensive pedestrian & Traffic management
