Leinster Woods – Extension

The development consisted of the construction of a new 2 storey extension to the rear of the existing house accommodating an extended living space on the ground floor along with a larger bedroom/ensuite and new external balcony on the first floor. Additional associated site works included partial tanking of the existing basement living space concrete roof.
