Clara

The project consists of the construction of 38 residential units and associated site development and external works at Raheen, Clara, Co. Offaly. The housing units consist of 10 single storey dwellings and 28 two storey dwelling units with a mix of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bed units. Construction of underground utility ducts to be provided for various utility services to include, water, waste water, surface water, electricity, public lighting and telecommunications with connection to all services.

Construction of boundary walls and landscaping of the site to provide useable secure amenity space for the residents, along with a parking scheme for each dwelling. The finish to the dwellings will be a high quality self-colour render with contemporary detailing to the building and site finishes. The houses will be NZEB (Near Zero Energy Building) compliant inline with current building regulations.
