Clane Apartments

Mesgegra Apartments is a private three storey development of 12 luxury apartments close to Main Street in Clane, Co. Kildare. The development consists of four 1 bed, seven 2 bed and one 3 bed apartments. The structure consisted of insitu concrete walls at ground floor level supporting a transfer slab at 1st floor with blockworks walls and precast wideslabs at 2nd floor and roof level. All apartments include feature polished concrete floors and underfloor heating throughout.

The development also includes a secure bin store and bike storage areas on the ground floor. Externally the building was finished with a brickwork outer leaf at ground floor and external insulation with a pre-colour render system to 1st and 2nd floors.
