Ardmore Housing Development

The project consists of the construction of 44 no. residential units at “Royal Canal”, Ardmore Road, Mullingar, Westmeath. The works were carried out at two different locations within an existing housing estate. The project consists of the construction of the 44 residential units made up of 3 and 4 bed units and 2 bed apartments as part of phase 1 in addition to duplex units over ground floor apartments and a stand alone apartment block for phase 2. Additional works including all civils and associated site‐works which include all landscaping, connection to existing services, pedestrian & vehicle access roads, and car parking.  The units are A-rated energy efficient and include an air to water mechanical heating system.
