Giraffe Childcare Facilities

The works included the complete internal fit out and associated works of a shell and core for a childcare facility. There were multiple rooms constructed for childcare areas with en-suites, in addition to associated offices and staff room facilities, stainless steel kitchens, storage rooms, etc.

• Supply and install of bespoke glass screen for playground area.
• External play area and siteworks including rubberized surface.
• Internal partitions, glazed screens, windows and doors.
• Site was located in building with occupied apartments above and basement carpark underneath.
• Internal drainage adjustments including basement level underslung drainage.
• Full electrical, mechanical ventilation & heating systems.
• Sanitary Fittings & plumbing.
• Child safety features including low temp radiators and finger guards for doors.
