Work Placement &
Graduate Development Programme

Each year we recruit a number of placement / internships and graduates to join our team.

Successful applicants will be assigned a mentor from our senior management team who will guide and provide you with the necessary learning tools and support your career journey.

Our mentor programme serves as a bridge between our experienced personnel and the next generation of the Bretland team. Knowledge transfer and confidence building are key in the development of essential skills and methods in the construction industry.

We are seeking graduates or final year candidates in degrees for Civil / Structural Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
