This project involved design, full alteration and fit out of a shell office space on the 7th floor of the Distillery Building, Smithfield, Co. Dublin. The finished floor area of the fit out is 930 sq. meters.

As the core areas to the 7th floor had already been fully fitted out by the landlord, our works transformed the 7th floor into a modern, fully equipment office space.

The result is a functional, high quality workspace designed to meet both operational needs and business requirements.
