Olympia Capital Office

The Fitzwilliam Square project involved the full refurbishment of the ground floor of the existing building for office use.  Fitzwilliam Square is the last and most complete of Dublin City’s formal Georgian Squares and forms part of the tradition of 18th and 19th Century Georgian architecture for which Dublin is most associated.  Bretland Group worked closely with the Interior Designer, Rose Carton, to complete the final touches of the project.  The scope of works included refurbishment of the entrance hallway, bathrooms, kitchen, main office, meeting room and janitor’s area.
