The works included a full refurbishment and fit-out of the Williams Street – Bar & Grill (formally known as Tanyard Lane/ The Wolftrap) in Tullamore.

• Complete strip out of existing premises
• Installation of new timber floors
• New roof finish (asphalt) to existing flat roof
• Full mechanical fit-out including air conditioning
• Full electrical re-wire and fit-out including fire detection, emergency lighting and general services
• Installation of new front and rear bars
