Rosderra Meats

The project consisted of an extension to the existing Lairage facility at Rosderra Irish Meats, Edenderry. Bretland acted as PSCS with up to 9 separate sub-contractors involved. Project was completed on time and within budget.

• Construction of new access road
• Installation of insitu kerbing
• Completion of macadam surfacing
• Excavate for & install new foundations
• Extensive Structural Steel frame and cladding erected.
• Installation of interanl aco drains & relocation of external gullies
• Blockwork and Plaster to external façade. 5 new window opes formed, new Louvres and Fly screens.
• 100 Lin M of Internal RC wall cast insitu.
• 300m2 of internal floor slab and subbase poured and placed.
• New personnel and emergency access doors installed.
• All works were ongoing without interruption to the live facility.
• Re-roofing works to entire Lairage area. Approx 1200m2
• Close correspondence required with Lairage Staff, delivery drivers and Vets.
