Paypal Rooflights Maintenance

The works comprise of the bi annual service and flushing out of the 3 atrium rooflights including inspection and reporting of findings of additional works required. Replacement double glazed units and resealing of structural silicone seals.

• Water testing of rooflights for leaks and break down of seals.
• Flushing out of drainage system of silt and dirt build up
• Replacement Double glazed units as required
• Remedial and maintenance works to all external seals
• Resealing of parapet and flashings to head and base of rooflights
• Removal and refitting of glazed units by means of 50tone crane and pneumatic glass lifters
• Supply and install new airtightness tapes and insulations to base of screens.
• Cleaning down of glazing and aluminum panels with approved biodegradable cleaners.
