Boyne Tower

The works included a full Category A Fit-Out of a five storey over basement office block in Drogheda.

• Erection of stud partitions and drylining
• Installation of new raised access floor throughout
• Installation of suspended ceiling to all floors
• Full Mechanical fit-out works including air conditioning
• Full Electrical fit-out works including fire detection, emergency lighting and general services including installing floor boxes in raised access floor
• Installation of carpet tile flooring throughout
• Installation of fire doors and joinery
• Painting and decoration
• Firestopping
• Supply of fire fighting systems
• Acted as PSCS for the project
