Beckett Building

The works comprised of remedial works to all parts of the glazed façade to bring the screens up to regulations as set out in Engineers specification. Works included the installation of additional elements as requested by the Tennant, Facebook. Hose testing was carried out by Bretland to ensure works completed sealed the glazed façade to the structure of the building.

• Supply and install 132no Double glazed units to all areas of the facade
• Supply and install additional base brackets to support curtain wall
• Supply and install 2 sets of revolving doors
• Supply and install 10 no additional doors with automation as per client spec.
• Design, supply and install new atrium class 2 rooflight with AOVs
• Design, supply and install new steel powder coated glazed canopy to front entrance
• Supply and install new airtightness tapes and insulations to base of screens.
• Water testing of works to ensure no leaks evident from remedial works carried out.
• Supply and install 100m of stainless steel balustrade.
• Supply and install 400m of Balustrade Glazing
