Amber McGuire’s promotion to Senior EHS Officer!

Since joining Bretland in 2022, Amber has been an outstanding champion of safety, compliance, and teamwork across an impressive range of projects — from public realm and residential developments to large-scale refurbishments and public works.

Her dedication has been instrumental in the successful launch of our new digital health and safety platform, streamlining processes, reducing paperwork, and saving valuable time on-site.

Amber has also played a key role in developing and maintaining our company policies and procedures, helping Bretland achieve ISO 14001 certification and maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 — a true testament to her commitment to excellence.

Amber’s promotion is a reflection of her valued contributions to Bretland’s safety culture and her ongoing commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. In her new role, she will assume greater responsibility for overseeing SHEQ training across the company and advancing innovation within our SHEQ practices.
